Just a few days ago was the launch of Karl Lagerfeld’s new photography book, “Metamorphosis of an American”, — chronicles photos of just one male model, Brad Kroenig, as he took on various personas in the past several years, under Lagerfeld’s lens: Rudy Valentino, James Dean, Gatsby, Lieutenant Pinkterton from Puccini’s Madame Butterfly, and another I’d call gay semi-naked cowboy.
