Mobile Suit Gundam is a televised anime series, created by Sunrise. Created and directed by Yoshiyuki Tomino, it premiered in Japan on Nagoya Broadcasting Network between April 7, 1979 and January 26, 1980, spanning 43 episodes. The series has since gone on to become a symbol of anime worldwide.
For the 30th anniversary of the original series, a life size Gundam was created and placed in the streets of Tokyo. Other models have been made, but this is the largest and most elaborate ever to have been created. For those of you in Tokyo, today is the last day to see it! Pretty cool stuff.

Famous spinner DJ AM was tragically found dead in his NYC apartment this week. In September of 2008, DJ AM and Barker nearly died while escaping the burning remains of their airplane. The two had planned to perform together for the first time since the crash at an event in Los Angeles on New Year’s Eve this year.
The circumstances of his death are unclear but he was apparently found with multiple prescription bottles and a pipe used to smoke crack. Some sources have said he was still struggling with READ THE FULL STORY

Emmanuelle Moureaux recently revealed his new collection in Tokyo of designs for offices and showrooms. Taking inspiration from a kaleidoscope, Moureaux used over 1150 colors to create stunning office spaces. If you look closely at the pictures you can see it isn’t just one or two glass windows. There are multiple layers of glass panels that are carefully layered to give that kaleidoscope effect. The yellow one is my favorite.

The exterior styling is representative of the jaw and eye socket bone structure of large oceanic fish and mammals. Featuring a dramatic reverse bow configuration, the yacht’s armature balances an elegant expression of symmetry and structure.

Supermodel Adriana Lima has finally confirmed rumors that she is pregnant. She is expecting her first child with NBA star Marko Jaric. She is due to give birth in November/December.
Reps report that the couple is “overjoyed” and “excited to share the happy news and start their family together.”

Jyoti Amge is the smallest teenager in the world. She is less than 2 feet tall, and weighs less than 11 pounds!!! Despite all of this, she is a normal teenager who attends high school with all of her friends. All of her clothes and jewelry is custom made for her.
When interviewed, Jyoti proudly stated, “‘I am proud of being small. I love all the attention I get. I’m not scared of being small and I don’t regret it”.
In addition to going to school and living her life like any other teenager, she will also be releasing her own music album.

In that time, Fergie has had 3 solo number one hits and sold millions of records as a solo artist, while Will.I.Am has gone on to produce songs for everyone from the Pussycat Dolls to Celine Dion so it makes sense that their new album has been delayed. Their highly anticipated new album The E.N.D. hits stores later this summer.
