New Zealand design trio, and all around rockstars of the country, Stolen Girlfriend’s Club have been awarded with the DHL fashion exporter of year award. This award gives recognition and a grant to pump their cool ideas through the veins of the international world.
Advertisers are continuing to evolve their methods to attract our attention. This short film directed by Guy Ritchie for BMW stars Clive Owen, a M-series tiger of a sports car, and a musical superstar near and dear to most of our hearts. It is both inspiring and frightening to see the new level reached by advertisers in attracting consumer attentions. After this short I definitely wanted to test drive a BMW.
The detail and expression in Andy Huang’s Dollface animation is done amazingly. The subtle details embellish the angst of achieving aesthetic perfection in a robotic following of mainstream media.Andy’s works have also been displayed around the world including the Smithsonian National Gallery of Art. We look forward to his future projects.
