Talented Madrileño illustrator Ricardo Fumanal have some pretty strong drawing skills, taking inspirations from fashion magazine and films, he takes images from internet and redraw them with his very own style. After collaborating with a number of studios and art directors, he focused on producing illustrations in varying media and formats. A very distinct style from Naja Conrad-Hansen fashion illustrations. Born in Copenhagen to an artistic family, it was natural for her to choose an artistic path. She has traveled all over Europe since an early age and you can see it in her work. Her works has been included in a wide variety of fashion/graphic magazines and books. She also designs prints and patterns for different clothing labels including limited edition prints for her own brand Meannorth.

German Fashion illustrator Sabine Pieper lives and works in Berlin. I have not read much about her but her work alone speaks profoundly of her soft vision and passion. She reveals beauty by using sultry colors in her illustration. Sabine’s eye is pure seduction. I am clearly in love with her work!

Powerful, striking, sophisticated, Rene Gruau’s (1909-2004) beautiful illustrations have without a doubt had enormous influence on modern day fashion advertising and photography. Every time I see his illustrations I am completely overcome by the shockingly beautiful lines and spareness of composition. He was a genius!

Another great fashion illustrator coming from Sweden : Myltan ( Hannah Muller ), There is not a lot of info about her (or its in Swedish), but i really like her style. She is inspired by models and friend and like to draw faces expressions with her aquarelle and ink pens

DesignerMan is a Fashion Designer/Illustrator living in NY, rather than taking pictures like everyone, he draws what he see. ( also probably coming from Pictures ) and since June he is now posting them his blog : WhatiSawToday. Go check it out, its really worth it !
