Parisian artist Jeanne Detallante’s work has been featured in some of the most influential print magazines, including Vogue Italia, Vogue Japan, and GQ for her meticulously rendered illustrations. Living in New York for the past few years she has become even more of a global name in the art world. We are clearly fans of her commissioned fashion work that has been circulating the press but it is impossible to over look her other works which highlight her notion of highly developed concepts, like the Identity Thief featured above.

German Fashion illustrator Sabine Pieper lives and works in Berlin. I have not read much about her but her work alone speaks profoundly of her soft vision and passion. She reveals beauty by using sultry colors in her illustration. Sabine’s eye is pure seduction. I am clearly in love with her work!
I Love the bleeding ink and splashes of water color from Stockholm-based illustrator Amelie Hegardt. Definitely a trademark of her gorgeous fashion illustrations. Hegardt is in the same agency as my fav’ fashion illustrator Laura Laine , the Swedish based agency called Darling Management . Unfortunately she does not have a website, but you can see plenty more of her work here.

Powerful, striking, sophisticated, Rene Gruau’s (1909-2004) beautiful illustrations have without a doubt had enormous influence on modern day fashion advertising and photography. Every time I see his illustrations I am completely overcome by the shockingly beautiful lines and spareness of composition. He was a genius!
