But, Gemma Ward will be strutting her stuff on the red carpet in Berlin, for the world premiere of her movie “The Black Balloon.” The movie was selected for the “Generation 14 Plus” youth competition of the 58th Berlin International Film Festival, which will run Feb. 7 .
