Michele Varian is one of the most intricate decorative stores in New York City. With an early 1900’s charm, the store is a great place to find a large variety of unique elements, such as luxurious and feminine handmade pillows, industrial looking lamps, animal sculptures in wood, brass and porcelain, magnifying and hour glasses and unexpected accessories by other designers. An acute attention to detail is present in every product and composition, curated to tell a story. Visit the store as if it was a special flea market, with time and curiosity to explore each piece and you will walk away with a memorable experience. The quality frame manufacture Super and Barneys Co-Op New York features part two in their collab. The frames are designed with intertwining metallic streaks combined with a Zeiss Gold 24k lens and of course is based on the Super Ciccio Style. The product is limited to 50 pieces and is available only at Barneys CO-OP in New York. I’m really feeling the aesthetic marriage between the original tortoise shell look and wood-grain.
